Order and Shipping Questions
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
For non-preorder items: You may make changes to your order until your postage has been purchased. This includes adding onto your order in addition to changing designs.
For preorder items: You may make changes to your order up to 24 hours after the preorder close date.
How Long is Turn Around Time?
Turnaround time is the time it takes for your order to process and does NOT include shipping time.
For items that I produce from my home, this process usually takes 7-14 business days.
For preorder items, this process can take longer as I am relying on other vendors and services to create the products that I sell. Please make sure to check carefully how long turnaround time is when you purchase preorder items as the time it takes can vary based on product.
My turnaround time does NOT include weekends and holidays for the United States. The first day of your TAT is the next business day.

How Long Does it Take For My Order to Ship?
For US Customers: Shipping takes 3-7 business days once I have dropped your order at the post office.
For non-US Customers: Shipping takes 7-28 business days once I have dropped your order at the post office.
Where is My Order?
Want to know the status of your order once it's shipped? You will receive an email with tracking information once postage is purchased.
If you do not see an email, please check your spam folder.
If there is no email containing tracking, your item may still be in preorder or processing status. Please double check your order email and use the 'How Long is Turn Around Time' drop down to find a calculator to see what your turnaround time is.
If it is more than 2 days after the latest turnaround time date, you may use the contact form to request an inquiry of the status of your item.
My Order Did Not Arrive
If your order is still within turnaround time time frame, please wait to contact me about your order until after turnaround time is processing.
Otherwise, please check to see the status of your tracking- I will send an email after postage is purchased with your tracking information.
If your has not arrived and has been marked as delivered OR there appears to be an issue with the tracking, please contact USPS and check out their 'Where is my Package' form.

Yes, I do ship internationally.

Return and Exchange Questions
What is your return/exchange policy?
Refunds can be sent in full once the product is returned to me.
I cannot offer a full refund without product returned. I can, however, offer a prepaid shipping label to allow you to send back the product.
If there are minor issues with the product but you do not want to send the product back, please reach out to my contact me page to discuss.
Returns/exchanges can be accepted up to 14 days after they are delivered. After this time, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Is there a fee for returning items?
For returning undamaged items, there is a 5% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund if you want cash back. Otherwise, I can provide full store credit instead.
When will I receive my refund?
Depends on the bank, but refunds may take 7-10 business days to full process. Please check with your bank or your payment provider for updates.
Can I exchange/refund international orders?
I can only accept international refunds/exchanges if you pay the shipping costs to return the item.
My package arrived damaged, what do I do?
Reach out to me via contact me page! I am happy to replace product that arrived damaged.

Product Care Questions
Do Stickers and Decals Fade?
Fading may occur based on a few factors:
-Full sun exposure
-High heat exposure
-Living near the ocean
Stickers and decals with full sun and high heat exposure, as well as individuals who live near the ocean, may experience fading faster.
To reduce exposure to elements, make sure to place in areas that are well shaded or if on a car, make sure cars are placed in a garage/shaded area if not in use.
For outdoor usage, fading can occur within 3-12 months with stickers made prior to May 2024.
A new printer with pigment ink was purchased in May 2024 in hopes to reduce fade from UV exposure. I am still experimenting to get more information on fade resistance.
All decals as well as stickers with UV laminate do have additional sun exposure protection.
Basically, the more heat and the more sun, the faster decals will fade.
How do I increase the life of my sticker?
Please clean the surface of the area prior to placing a sticker, preferably with an alcohol wipe if possible and allow to fully dry. Washing an item with a cleaner spray or dish soap may leave a filmy residue on the surface of an item, which may affect the ability for the sticker to stick well.
Any debris can impact the stickiness of the sticker.
Flat surfaces or non-textured surfaces will allow for best stick. Please note that powder coated surfaces may affect stickiness. Consider testing one sticker first on a powder-coated water bottle to verify that item sticks properly.
Do not stick stickers in temperatures of less than 40F or higher than 85F.
For stickers on cups, please handwash cups only.
For stickers placed on cars, place in areas that are exposed less directly to sun to prevent fading. Fading occurs less if cars are in garages or parked in shady areas.
